Winter Potted Plant Shipping Protection

If daytime temperatures go below 50 degrees we recommend adding winter protection to your order. Usually this is needed between November to April in almost all areas.

We guarantee your plant will arrive cold damage free if the winter protection has been added. If your plant arrives damaged from the cold, take a picture and/or video the day of delivery and email us at help@notfancyplants.com and if the damage is due to the weather and this winter protection was purchased, we'll replace the plant or issue you store credit.

Winter protection includes a heat pack that is good for multiple days of travel, express shipping or thermal packing depending on how cold it is. We'll watch the temps and pack and ship accordingly.

If temps drop below 0 degrees we will hold your order and ship as soon as the temp goes back up.
