We’re excited to announce that we’ve introduced our new loyalty rewards program where you can earn actual dollar rewards, free products, plants, prizes and we’ll be running contests and giveaways too! You’ll receive 10 points for every $1 that you spend in our store (excluding coupons, shipping and taxes). Save up your points and then redeem them for dollars off of your order. For example, if you save up 500 points, you can then redeem them for $5 off an order.
As you shop with us, your points are automatically added to your account and you can see your balance and details below (you must be logged in). You can also click the gift box on the bottom right of your screen to view your points, see other ways to earn bonus points and claim special offers that we’re currently running. To redeem your points, you’ll have the option during checkout to use them towards the order, there will be a button that you click to apply them. Points expire after one year from the date you received them. Points cannot be used towards gift cards, shipping costs or taxes or combined with other coupons. Points cannot be transferred to another account. If you have any questions or encounter any problems using your points, feel free to contact us.
*UPDATE: As of November 2024 we have migrated our website from Shopify to another platform. Unfortunately there was no way to transfer customer points over to the new system from the old. If you had points on our old platform that you would like to redeem, please contact us with the info.
