How to print: Open the PDF file on your computer. If you need Adobe Reader, you can download it for free here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/. In your print settings when you go to print the file, select scale to 100% or actual size. Depending on your printer, you may need to set your borders/margins to 0 (zero) or the images on the side may be cut off. Once you've printed all of the pages you need, use a hole punch and then insert into your binder.
